Hershaw Toastmasters will provide vital communication and leadership skills while recognizing residents for their leadership in an interactive hybrid workshop following a flag-raising ceremony at City Hall
BRAMPTON, ON, May 3, 2022 /CNW/ – The Being a Successful Leader workshop is underway May 19, 2022at 7 p.m. via zoom and in person. It will outline leadership skills to help motivate and inspire others as well as recognize the contributions of leaders in the local and international community. - Assignment – empower people to inspire and motivate with confidence | team leaders and members, new Toastmaster leaders, … everyone!
- Four sessions – Delegate to empower, motivate others, resolve conflicts and give effective feedback
- A co-creative session – A structured discussion to generate ideas and approaches to gain more clarity on each of the four skills
- Recipient of the Excellence in Communication Award Peter Bhatti, President and Founder of International Christian Voice, recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Award
- Guest of honor Toastmasters named Region 6 Councilor South Distinguished Toastmaster Jacklyn Payne. Advisor in 6 US states
- Leadership Recognition Award Distinguished Toastmaster Trinh Lu and Kiran Pothula founders of the Stand Proud Gavel Club, teaching young people communication and leadership skills
